HOW TO ORDER DIRECTLY FROM OUR FACTORY in BULGARIA

We manufacture to order for furniture dealers, distributors, interior designers, architects, hospitality businesses and commercial projects across the UK and Europe.

To receive a quotation, please send us:

• Product & Quantity – tell us which product you require and the number of pieces.
• Upholstery / Material – choose from the available options or specify your own fabric or leather where applicable (COM – Customer’s Own Material).
• Upholstery Style – plain, vertical ribbed, diamond stitched or buttoned, where available.
• Metal Finish / RAL Colour – choose one of our standard finishes or specify another RAL colour.
• Required Delivery Date – let us know when the furniture is needed.
• Delivery Location – postcode / city / country is normally sufficient for us to calculate transport.
• Transport Preference – tell us whether you would like us to arrange delivery or whether you will organise collection.

Send your enquiry by email or WhatsApp.

We normally return a production quotation within 24 hours, including:

• Product price
• Production lead time
• Delivery cost, where required
• Estimated transit time
• Pallet and packing information
• Relevant technical and logistics information

B2B, CONTRACT & HOSPITALITY ORDERS

We work with both trade customers and hospitality businesses ordering directly for their own projects.

Our furniture is manufactured at our factory in Bulgaria, with metal fabrication, welding, powder coating, upholstery and final assembly carried out in-house.

Depending on the product, we can offer:

• Custom upholstery materials
• Customer’s Own Material (COM)
• Custom RAL powder-coated finishes
• Different upholstery stitching styles
• Coordinated chairs, bar stools, benches, tables and other furniture
• Project-specific quantities and specifications

For larger projects or repeat orders, we can also prepare a project quotation and production schedule.

DELIVERY & LOGISTICS

We can arrange transport from our factory to customers throughout the UK and European Union.

Orders can be delivered to:

• Your warehouse
• Your business premises
• Your customer’s warehouse
• Restaurant, café, bar or hotel projects
• Your nominated logistics or installation partner

If you already work with your own transport company, collection can also be arranged directly from our factory.

UK DELIVERY, STORAGE & INSTALLATION

If you have your own UK warehouse or storage facility, your order can be shipped directly to your nominated address.

If you do not have your own warehouse, we can arrange delivery through our specialist furniture logistics partner in Stafford, UK.

They can provide:

• Receipt of the international shipment
• Secure furniture storage until your venue is ready
• Final delivery to the project or venue
• Delivery outside normal working hours where required
• Delivery to commercial streets or locations with restricted access
• Furniture positioning and installation, where required

This allows customers to order directly from our factory even if they do not have their own UK warehouse or furniture logistics operation.

Where required, we can therefore coordinate:

FABRICAD Factory → UK Warehouse → Storage → Final Venue Delivery → Installation

Storage, special-access delivery and installation services are arranged according to the requirements of each project.

LOGISTICS INFORMATION

Where applicable, your quotation can include:

• Number of pallets
• Pallet dimensions
• Estimated shipment weight
• Packing information
• Delivery cost
• Estimated transit time
• Transport documentation
